Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 72 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup & Delivery

  • Local pickup and delivery options are available.
  • To arrange a pickup or delivery, please email us at sip@saelateaco.com with your preferred date, time, and location. We’ll confirm with you within 12–24 hours.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of Loss

  • Once your order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Saela Tea Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after this point.
